What is freeze-drying?
Freeze-drying, also known as lyophilisation, lyophilization, or cryodesiccation. It is a technological process in which fruit and berries are dried in vacuum at extreme cold temperature (-80oC). Our EU sponsored lab follows the complex process which takes around 5 days to freeze-dry one batch.
Where to use freeze-dried products?
It is all in your imagination! Our fruit powders and berries can be used in morning porridge, smoothies, protein shakes, breakfast cereal, yogurts, ice-cream, cooking cakes … you name it. Our range of honey is perfect sweet treat and can be eaten alone or with other food. We are posting recipes, tips and tricks on our blog and Facebook page, make sure you check them.
